Shipping Policy


1. SHIPPING ADDRESS
• Once your order has been placed and confirmed, you will not be able to change the shipping address.
• Please fill in your final shipping address to avoid any inconvenience.

2. SHIPPING TIME
* Items purchased from TECHMAGA will be delivered to your address within 3-7 business days (USPS domestic ), 6-12 business days (USPS international).
* We offer Global Shipping and we'll choose the fastest delivery to your country according to the timeliness. Please keep your mobile phone open during this time and pay attention to check the parcel.

3. SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
* The package will be delivered from United States. We will pack everything and make sure that will not be damaged in transit.



Warranty Policy

We provide One Year Warranty for UBOX8 and UBOX9.

We cannot accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Items outside the warranty time frame.
2. Washed, used, tag-removed, or misused items.
3. Disassemble the TV box without permission.
4. Purchased the UBOX8 and UBOX9 from another dealer or seller. (Please check the official TECHMAGA store for purchase)

Return Policy

We understand that not every purchase works out, which is why our team aims to make your return experience as easy and seamless as possible.

You have up to 30 days to return your item for a replacement or full refund. Please contact our customer service to start the process.

If your product does not qualify for a return, we do have a warranty and a product support team that is ready to assist you.

Please note, products that are received by TECHMAGA in any of the conditions below may not qualify for return and be rejected:

  • Any product not purchased fromTECHMAGA.
  • Any product that is returned without all the original accessories, including the box, manuals, parts, and all other items originally included with the product.
  • Any product which appears tampered with or altered in any way.
  • Any product that does not match the product that was originally purchased.
  • Any product that is received outside of 14 days from when your return was approved

Return Processing Time

Rest assured, returns are monitored every step of the way and you will receive updates via email. Once your return is delivered, please allow up to 1 week for us to process and verify the contents of the package.


Refund Policy

TECHMAGA promises to work our best to resolve the situation for our customers. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any refund and exchange not meeting our eligibility guidelines.
Due to bank refund transaction time, please allow 10-14 BUSINESS days for the refund to be processed and completed.
TECHMAGA reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason. Possible reasons include potentially compromised security, fraudulent transactions, incorrect pricing, or non-payment.

Full and Partial Refunds

1. Full Refunds
We offer a full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or the customer's own fault cannot apply for a refund.
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.

2. Partial Refunds:
We also offer a partial refund on returned items that have some original parts missing. In such a case, the customer can only get a partial refund.
If the item(s) is considered damaged, defiled, deformed, spilled perfume after receipt, or you return the item(s) without notifying us, you can only get partial refunds.

3. Shipping Costs:
The return shipping costs should be borne by the buyer.

4. Return Address
Please contact customer service for the return address. (You will need to send your returning products to our address in United States.)
